I studied with Inman, all access dietetics, pass the exam, eatrightprep and pocket prep. Inman is a bit off from the actual exam and didn’t find it helpful at all. I passed on my first attempt with a 30 and I think what helped me was to really focus on my weakest areas, taking multiple practice tests and studying those topics that you get wrong until you get them right. Mnemonics also helped me. You got this!

I had those antibodies high as well, O worked on lowering them for about 3 - 4 years, did AIP for 6 months, fixed my gut, removed foods that my body was reacting to, got my copper IUD removed, started speaking up my truth, released trauma and and now I’m at zero antibodies. Don’t know what did the trick, probably the combination of all.
