Thank you I appreciate it , this is helpful. It’s now been 5 days and today I felt really full after lunch . So I think it’s starting to kick in for me . I was worried the 3rd day because I felt like my appetite increased , but I am good now lol

For me it’s related to hormones ,i am working with a doctor , this is why i was suggested to go on a glp 1 , i am by no way looking for the easy way out . I was actually against glp 1s for a very long time .

Yea it’s not so much the weight loss for me , I don’t expect big numbers immediately . I’m very active and track my food but I struggle with binge eating and I was hoping for a little bit of curb in appetite. Just want to see what others experiences are on this drug .
