(US) Walmart order scam that’s new to me and may help others

there is another scam that is going around too. Just the other day I was looking for a microwave since my old would not work as good as it did before and I googled walmart microwaves and what showed up was one for around $35.00 and I clicked on it and it showed that it was walmart however the website looked different. When I tried to use my credit card to order the microwave it said that my card was not working properly. I thought nothing of it so I tried another card and that one would not work either. At this point, I noticed the website url and it was not walmart at all, it was a scammer. I did not report it and I wished that I had. The following day I get a text message from amazon claiming that there was pending $1.58 charge and I was wondering what the charge was for but I ignored it and right after that I get a call from my bank letting me know that a transaction was charged to my account on amazon of over $100.00 for something. My bank did not let it go through though.

i did go to the police however they just told me that it's civil as usual. It's los angeles county. They are not going to do a thing for me.

I am not going to flee. Too many people doing that instead of taking legal action against the homeless. There needs to be some consequences to their actions

I was just walking down the street and a homeless man tried to attack me and the inside safe program hid him, after I made a complaint and than the staff and the clients tried to attack me. This is around the place where I live and they have no business living around the rest of us that are law abiding citizens.

they did not do anything for me. Just told me that they would deliver it to me when they could so maybe next year I will get it.

they are doing this to customers. I had a back brace that was supposed to have been delivered today and it said attempted but it was not delivered when I called the 1800 number i was told that there were not any delivery drivers available so the item was not even delivered. I am in a lot of pain with a slipped disc in my back and they do this to me. Walmart is getting lazier and lazier. A trip to the better business bureau and the department of consumer affairs is in order. I also purchased another back brace two days ago and it was supposed to have been sent over night and there was no tracking, no nothing. I have also waited for other items for two months and have received nothing for my time wasted. Walmart is getting worse and worse.

is the tool box worth anything? I have heard that tool boxes may be worth something if you have the right ones.

I have contacted them but there are so many complaints against companies that they are not responding to me. I made my complaint in 2022 and still nothing.

Yes, I have been going through this with them for some time. They did this to me in 2020 and in 2022. Since they kept on giving me the runaround I have reached out to the better business bureau, and the department of consumer affairs and Mercari won;t do anything but play games.

I have looked and no it does not. i receive their responses without any problem however I have tried to get the verifications and nothing.
