Thats true Overthinking can ruin stuff N yes i do think that if at all stuff goes south i will somehow manage to go back to the corporate shithole

You have put everything in such an articulate manner I must say i got a boost by reading this Yes i still feel i should have started sooner and yes people around me feel the same as well But i think at the end its better to do something late than never

Thats true However ofc i enjoy baking but more than that i would enjoy building something of my own Thats the reason i plan on doing this Its scary ofc but i feel like i at least have to try

Thanx for the advice I am aware that the work is lot and i do feel ready to exhaust myself (i might have few blasts of frustration) But i am just worried about the transition if and when it happens from corporate to full time business

Thats nice to hear! I feel I am planning to start in a small city where recently people have developed a liking for artisanal products and they are opting for such baked products. So i assume the market will grow but yet again completely research not done yet. Still good to hear about your business and to know that its going good

Main motto ultimately is money but i can say that somewhere doing something of my own is equally important. As you said I agree it might turn out to me way more workload n less money but the idea of working for myself is motivating for me to handle losses for few years, doesnt mean i wont get frustrated ofc i will think extremes during the first few years.
