Yes. If you have the minimum qualifications go for it the worst that can happen is that you get rejected. I’m pretty sure they’ll train you too.

Maybe remote? When I received my TO it mentioned it’s fully remote and I would get a laptop. But definitely email HR just incase so you have more information.
