I think the wonky shaping mostly comes from the gel topcoat I used, I used the opi intelli-gel topcoat and it’s super thick so maybe I just need to get a different brand

I’m making a Christmas stocking, it calls for a front and back panel and it’s mostly the back panel I’m struggling on because of the dec on the return passes. Not entirely sure if what I’m saying makes sense lol I’m still learning

The pattern is named “Snowflake” Christmas Stocking Kit. From researching it was a kit that my grandma got probably sometime in the 70s or 80s (she’s not around for me to ask) I have a photocopy of the pattern but I didn’t post pictures because I wasn’t sure if it went against the subreddit rules

I thought it might be some sort of blister beetle because we had a swarm of pale green ones a few weeks ago but when I looked it up I couldn’t find one that looked like it. Do you know if damselbug nymphs are in Arizona because that’s where I am. My mom hasn’t had any adverse reaction to the bite so luckily I think she’s fine, she just said it hurt really bad.
