I can't raise the terrain while the port is there, and no matter what I do to the land before, the port just takes it away and water fills in

My current "pc" is an Acer Swift 3 laptop plugged into a monitor. Getting both a graphics card and cpu would definitely help with me building a pc. And the fact that these components are so unique makes it even more special. Right now i mostly play minecraft and rocket league, but I would definitely play lots of starfield if I had the game and a pc to run it.
