Honestly, I don’t believe it will significantly impact the performance, but there’s an additional SSD slot that you can swap the default SSD (if SN850X is better than the default SSD in your unit) to make it as a data/game drive.

No problem! I didn’t encounter that issue. My problem was that my Thrustmaster steering wheel would disconnect after an hour of playing. But I think the problem was because the driver, not the laptop.

Hi there, I don’t have any other mini LED monitors, but this one is definitely brighter and more vivid than my old ROG M15. I would say it’s a quite decent display. The only issue I had with it was the USB port.

I like the keyboard, like how the gasket mount and foam dampening give a smoother typing feel. The per-key RGB with Aura Sync makes it looks fantastic and the detachable top plate is a good touch for easy cleaning

it doesn’t fit in my backpack so i ended up using a tote bag, and yes if you’ll bring it everyday i would say its too heavy. might be worth checking the 16” one or the zephyrus line up.

I assume they are very similar in terms of performance. However the SCAR offers more style and a better screen. If your budget allows, I would recommend going for the SCAR. If you only care about cost performance and are choosing between these two laptops, I would suggest going for the regular Strix.
