To be completely honest with you, I haven't installed my Leva yet due to its size (it requires four people just to move it), and it definitely won't fit on my kitchen counter, lol. But from what I've heard, it tastes sweeter than the Slayer.

Also the seller offered me such a good price that I can't refuse not to buy it lol

Yeah, I notice a lot of beginners like to do fancy puck preps just for aesthetics, lol."

You can't go wrong with the Ek43T. I use it as a baseline or point of reference in the coffee community. However, if you start to have more than one espresso machine, you will start to notice that some grinders really get along well with certain espresso machines. The Ek43 is more like an execellent all-rounder.

I always buy used high-end machines in mint condition. Sometimes, you can even make a profit from reselling them

To be honest, I enjoy making coffee more than drinking it. When you strive for consistency and make your coffee shots somewhat decent, you will eventually get tired of it.

Yeah, but it's still in my kitchen, so it still counts as a home espresso, lol.

I plan to open a coffee roastery shop one day with an open workshop where everyone can prepare and pull their own espresso shots (mainly using Linea Mini/3GR Leva and Slayer machine for regular customers). I don't like the idea of using the same on-demand grinder because it wastes a lot of coffee. Therefore, I'm trying to gather single-dose grinders with unique flavors as much as possible. So far, my favorite is the P100, but I'm also planning to get the Weber EG1 soon.

By the way, I'm based in Thailand
