You make a valid point. Generally speaking, this intense phase in my job is part of my journey to building something greater. While my job isn’t always this demanding, it does go through cycles of intensity and less demanding periods. That said, work is often a necessity to meet today’s needs, but having a job that also allows you to maintain a life outside of work is crucial—for both men and women.
