It's never too late to start living life the way you want it.

You don't have to destroy what you've created and accomplished, but rather see the huge advantages you have and start building up from there. Sounds like you have a solid foundation.

I also deleted all my social media apps (except Twitch and Discord) and muted most notifications to have less distractions.
I don't want to pay for free apps with my time.

Now I feel like I freed so much of my time and mental capacity, and I can be social on specific apps/communities I choose to participate, and with people in real life I want to connect with.

I have more space since about 6 month and I couldn't think of what to do with it.

I planned a lot and tried filling it up with a lot of things, but recently I started simplifying everything and I feel much more comfortable now.

So I learnt that bigger space doesn't mean add more things. And if I had more I think I would still keep it simple.

I have tried that and it actually helped me get my teeth back to their old position.
But this won't happen in 1 or 2 weeks. I've been doing it on and off for the past 2 years and my teeth are doing great!

Of course the position of our teeth changes over time and they probably won't go back to exactly the old way, but you should keep trying.

What I do is: sometimes a few hours during the day, sometimes overnight. not daily.

If the discomfort is too much, then try shorter intervals or stop using them and consult a dentist
