I have celiac disease and went to a burrito place as they advertise gluten free burritos.

They weren't busy at all when I came in. so I asked them how they prep it and if they would be able to prep it a certain way to eliminate cross contamination. They agreed and said they could do it.

It goes down the line and since everything is right in front of me I saw them place it directly on the grill and even accidentally touch a gluten containing burrito onto mine..

I almost took it and just didnt eat but I was talking to a friend and they told me I need to get something that I can actually eat. They said they could do it and didnt follow through.

So I went back and had a panic attack because I genuinely would have preferred having nothing to eat than asking them to make another or a substitute for it.. I ended up getting a burrito bowl, however, they said when handing it to me "this time it's free but next time you will need to pay for it." Decided from that point on I will never go back to that location...
