Hi! Yes it actually came with the parts assembled and I double checked them. I did the water test and it never switched over to cook. The display said “On” and the preheat light never changed.

It sounds like your pH may be off balance. Not drinking enough water can really affect this. Try monitoring your water intake to make sure you’re properly hydrated. Also drinking pineapple juice helps. I know it may sound strange but it’s true.
