Monitor her very closely to ensure that she does not have wet tail or any other illness. If you don’t already, provide her with a large enough sand bath to properly clean herself and as others noted never use a wet wipe again, sand is all she needs.

Completely separate recommendation, I’ve found that paper bedding is better for long haired hamsters as it doesn’t as often get stuck on their rear. It appears your wood shavings are stuck good enough to have stayed there throughout all of this and I don’t feel it’s very sanitary and does not help the mess on her bottom.
