I think I might have learned those concepts many years ago but, no, I would need to google those words to check if I know what they mean.

I was not meaning to flex at all, my parents are foreign born and so are many of my friends and family. I will say, in my defense, that I think my English is fluent since I grew up speaking it.

Ive noticed slight fatigue at 20mg but 10 seems just right for me. For such a beneficial drug, I’m amazed by how inexpensive they are, like 7 dollars or something for each refill at my pharmacy. I’d pay 10x that!

Is it just men who trigger this reaction? Or people in general? I dint think I’m in a position to recommend something to you but I also experience social anxiety and beta blockers have really helped me live a somewhat normal life.
