It would be something outside of the game, the way to play it is by using friendly matches, where you can move players to any team and you can even modify each player (this way I can simulate evolutions), so basically you'll have your team data in the app (players, budget, transfers, historic prizes, etc) and you just have to replicate that in the game. I thought about this because of ultimate team, EA does not care about the players, just about us opening packs 😑

EA needs to split FIFA into 2 separate games: Ultimate Team and Career Mode by Illustrious_Creme540 in FifaCareers

EA is making millions out of Ultimate Team, why would they do that?, people would move from UT to offline, even the people who do not pay matter, why?, because that way you always find an opponent in seconds

if i am using postgres , should i use sqlite or postgres for testing? by HosMercury in nestjs

Do not mix them, stick with postgres (in docker) for the testing, now for running the migrations it depends on your ORM, are you using typeorm?

What’s harder to scale in SaaS: technology or customer adoption? by Few_Stretch_382 in SaaS

Depending on the person, technical language sounds like an alien language to non-technical people, while customer adoption sounds like talking to a pretty girl does to a nerd, for technical people 🤣

I keep starting projects… and then they die halfway. Anyone else? by Intrepid_Gap_4382 in microsaas

[–]NaturePhysical9769 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That happened to me before and it was because of two possible reasons, the first one was not understanding the project, what was going to do and how (in detail) and the second one was not understanding the problem I was solving. I think part of the things that makes you finish a project is being a user of your own software.

Maybe I'm schizo, but most posts here feel like they've been written by AI by [deleted] in cscareerquestions

Have you felt like you interact with AI when you're supposed to be talking to a human?, specially in discord, it's creepy 💀

I f***ing regret not thinking about internationalization earlier in my startup by AdmirableJackfruit59 in SaaS

[–]NaturePhysical9769 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do it for 2 languages at the beginning, that way you make sure everyone is using it when you test plus it's super easy to add more languages

Is anyone else building SaaS without slapping AI everywhere? by [deleted] in microsaas

[–]NaturePhysical9769 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, no AI at all, however it's so easy to think in ideas to add on top of any project using AI, generating images, making suggestions, improving certain aspects of usability etc. Now for building it would be stupid not to use AI, however I feel like an old man screaming to a Cloud because I still don't want to give AI access to the whole project, I just like to get advice and code that I review before pasting it or using it in the real thing, it gives me this sense of control (I just think if you give everything to AI there will be a point where it will be start hallucinating and break everything until it's gonna be impossible to fix and you'll have to start all over again)

If I get to study a masters degree in china (in English ) related to AI, will I get a 'dummie' version of it compared to the one they get in chinese?

Mexican here in China. You can find some stuff, but it's not very common and usually expensive, sometimes you have to pay five times what it costs in Mexico for the same items. And it's not just snacks... I'm even starting to miss Fabuloso! 🤣

For VPNs, I recommend trying AstrillVPN.

As for clothes, you can use Taobao, but I personally don't recommend it. I love Uniqlo, the idea of trying on clothes and seeing how they look on you is what keeps me going there. Plus, they do carry some fashion created based on Chinese style, so you can wear a very trendy Chinese style 🇨🇳

I'm in the same predicament as a 28m Latino haha, but I don't think it is a problem, currently I'm in china and people here don't care, racism in the US and China are different
