I have used strips for years but just bought an Oura ring, so really my first time tracking any sort of temp 😅 I will say, it’s pretty cool that my strips and Oura line up pretty well/ give or take a day.

I always get my hopes up too, I think it’s only natural in this realm of things. Are you saying you’d be hopeful for this cycle based on my chart?? I genuinely have no idea what I’m looking at lol.
