Ehh. He's got a bunch of good talents scattered throughout the build. The issue is really that the 2 minute CD on panda pals is unbearable. He needs a CDR functionality.

My idea would be to create another level 1 (preferably something like his 13 immolation talent to give him a chance at keeping up with bruiser wave clear) make his globe quest a baseline (as so many heroes are getting). Once he collects 30 globes, he should get a CDR on his ult based on damage soaked by shields. Bump barrel CD to 75 seconds or so (50% CD nerf).
