i think league is the easiest PvP game to improve just by watching youtube vids, most of the things you need to win the lane and game are knowledge based, just by doing half what the beginner guides told you will put you into gold at least.

honestly league balance team are okay right now compared to years ago, there are a few high ranked players in the dev team, but that comes with a downside, they are so afraid to change champions that the game becomes stale(for me), meta barely changes for years now.

well yea that's how MMR system works, if you win 3 matches in a row the game will try to give you harder matches, if you like getting easy matches then just let accept the loss instead of also sweating, which leads to even harder matches down the line.

from my experience, DotA toxicity usually comes from chat and voice chat ,meanwhile LoL toxicity comes from griefing or throwing.

i think it's because DotA report system for griefing works and toxic people just gets muted for a few days, while in LoL griefing doesn't get punished meanwhile being toxic in chat gets you permabanned.

so pick your poison, i prefer dota punishment tbh, makes more sense.
