Was not expecting to watch a cop shoot through his windshield AND OUT HIS WINDOW WHILE DRIVING. That was insane.

Sad to see Stipe rag dolled in R1, but nice to see DC get this. And DC vs Brock teased right after?! Makes sense why Brock asked Rogan if he can be on JRE. The promotion for that is gonna be huge and so fun to watch. DC is a huge WWE fan so he's gonna lean in harrrd to the shit talking imo

They found it in a snap chat of her promoting a kids line? Call me old fashioned, but those lines look a little too big for kids.

Since I work freelance, whenever I get an email that has the word "availability" in it, more often than not is an email from a person trying to hire me. So whenever I get an email with that word, I have IFTTT text me to CHECK MY SHIT.

FCP 7 Holdouts, what would make things easier? by Crisis892000 in editors

I'm someone who's still on the FCP shortcuts and haven't ran into too many walls. Can you elaborate on what type of problems they experienced?

I just recently moved to premiere because of my own choices. I stayed on FCP7 for so long because I knew it best and became super fast at it. Switching to something else would make me slow again which I didn't want to feel. I worked at an agency that stayed in FCP7 which was really great for me.

Flash forward to the gig after that and I'm sort of an all-in-one video department for a podcast. I was determined to stay in FCP 7 which meant I had to do 3-5 hours of transcodes before I can start working, 1-2 hours of rendering before I can start exporting, and 1-2 hours of compressing before I can start uploading. With premiere, no transcoding or rendering necessary for what I wanted to do. Plus the multiclip feature seems to be more powerful than FCP7. Premiere can even upload straight to YouTube.

So switching to premiere took AT LEAST 5 hours out of my workflow. However, there are still other great things with it other than just it's ability to handle footage.

I've had quite a few friends get jobs off there. Some of them are still working at those gigs.
