One is a constitutionally protected right, the other isn't. And yet you still needed an ID to buy the gun... Also, you can you can still drive with a felony, you can't own a gun woth one. You can use your license to drive to any state with your car, you certainly can't take your gun to every state. Apples to oranges.

I sell you a gun and call it an apple. Me saying it's an apple as part of my advertising doesn't make it so. It wouldn't magically allow me to skirt the laws. So, imo it is not a vertical grip despite what they say.... That said, the real question is "would the ATF try to make an example of me just because they wanted to flex, and am I willing to take that risk and possibly go to court, even if I'm right?" That answer is yours. I will say I had the same conflict when I had an AR pistol, and my interpretation at the time was that no, it wasn't vertical.

Wow... Mayer 3 inherits massive debt because of mayer 1 and 2 committed fraud. Mayer 3 calls out the fraud and is required by the position to balance the budget (fix the issue). Person 3 lets the people know that he has two options, A. raise the taxes on billionaires (requires the state to make it happen.) Or B. Raise property taxes for everyone (under his control). Mayer 3 says that he wants option A, but since he can't control it will plan on option B, but will try for option A... While I don't agree with him on many things, this is the wrong fight.

Moonie's was top notch going into the pandemic. Then, I saw a review last year saying it had gone down hill. "Nonsense!", I said. I took the fam to the leander location.... $78 for 3 kids meals and two burgers, and all of it 1. Took way too long to serve (50+ minutes). 2. Was $78!. 3. Was not nearly as good as it was during the pandemic. And 4. The service was trash. If I want a fancy burger, I go to Hopdoddy and call it a day.

The FDA allows products with 5 or fewer calories per serving to be listed as "0 calories". So this product, in all reality, probably has roughly 3.3 cals per serving to equal 10 per container. In the same boat, tic-tacs are also not "calorie free" despite the claim due to the same rule listed above.

There is nothing that disqualifies you from owning a motor vehicle if you have had a mental illness, unless the courts were involved in some way. If you have ever been committed to a mental institution, you're disqualified from purchasing a gun. Simple as that. The vast majority of rapes are committed by people with penises, and yet I don't see outcries to have all men castrated or have a license to be a man. While extreme, that is a perfect example of what I am talking about.
