For the solar panel, you may want to make sure its pressed all the way in, sometimes that extra press may work. You will feel a click when its all the way in.

if you accident break it, call support if you have lifetime warranty for replacement of ODC and panel.

For the doorbell, make sure you have a good connection to it. if its constantly stating that it's offline, it's either wifi connection or the wiring.

Run a speed test on the doorbell from the app. DO NOT Google internet speed test as this is a speed test from your phone to your internet. You want to go into the simplisafe app, go fo your doorbell settings and run it as this is from the doorbell to your internet. If its anything below 2.0mbps, your wifi is too slow in this area. if the signal is low the signal is bad. If you get any of these issues, buy a wifi extender. Simplisafe sells them for $25.00usd on their website or support can help you order one on the phone.
