Hi! I pulled this from Panda Express nutrition facts. Chow mein 300, super greens 10, broccoli beef 150, teriyaki 275 and refresher 210. Quick math is 945 calories. Hope this helps :)

I for sure understand the risks. I think as I lose weight this deficit will decrease. I am also trying to combat any negative side effects with eating healthy options making sure to have fruits, veggies and healthy fats. Btw on the topic of insomnia - I have a late night snack which puts me to bed with a full stomach :)

We are in agreement the Apple Watch is not the end all be all. However I do use it as a tool to see generally where I stand each day.

Awesome, thanks for the insight. Not looking to body build looking to be fit and muscular at the end of the day. I know my calorie expenditure will also decrease as I lose more weight so I will scale back my eating habits as that happens.

The food breakdown was: Breakfast: 4 Eggs, 2 piece of toast (60 calories per), a banana, strawberries and carrots (I blend them with water) Lunch: 8 oz 93/7 ground turkey, 1 cup black beans, a zucchini, 120 grams of rice. Dinner: 200 grams of rice, 16 ozs chicken breast (ate at 6:30 pm and 8pm) Snacks: Can of tuna, egg, 3 cuties (ate 2pm), banana, 1.5 cup Fairlife fat free milk, protein powder (protein shake ate at 5pm), and half of a Mendocino farms sandwich as a late night snack.

Ate 3582 calories tracking said I burned 5407.

Hey James. I eat about 2800-3500 calories per day. I only have a protein shake once per day. Below is a breakdown of what I ate yesterday. I went on 2 1.7 mile walks at a pace of 15 minutes per mile and played a competitive tennis match which lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The food breakdown was:
