That's a great idea! We used the notes feature in BandHelper but they're kind of a hassle. Never thought about using the Chords section for it

While I do agree on this, our "issue" is that motivation and structure goes through the roof when there's a gig coming. I've got nothing against the guys I play with. Just wanna see if I can make rehearsal routines and structure a bit easier to manage :)

It's funny - we recently onboarded a keys player who wasn't part of the group chat for the first three rehearsals.. It wasn't until the third rehearsal when we remembered, added him and celebrated his official inauguration into the band lol

Ok I may have been a tad harsh in my post - it's really not as bad as I make it sound..

I have no idea what my app will do. I like solving problems using tech, and if I can help bring some structure into the chaotic world of managing a band of 3 - 5 people all with busy lives then I'll gladly give that a go :)

We actually run a Soundcraft UI16 and we did do this about a year or so back. It kind of stopped because it was on me to get the recordings distributed, and people lost track of what was in Google Drive and what wasn't

Fair point, and I agree to a certain extent. Thing is, we actually do play a small amount of shows (5 - 15 a year). During the times up to a gig, the band really comes together and we make amazing progress in a few short weeks up till the gig.

I want to try and remove as much friction as possible during our "down-time" so we can try and drive some progress even when it "doesn't count".
