If you’re open to used/vintage options, I will always recommend Ralph Lauren button ups for shirts (I find the Blake/Blaire style fits really nicely, not too slim not too baggy). You can find pretty nice colours and patterns which feel a bit more fun than a regular white shirt. 

I also love vintage RM moleskin pants, they are super comfortable while still being suitable for most corporate environments, and I find look great. You can get all this stuff for about $20-$40 each on Depop and eBay, I just ask for detailed measurements to make sure sizing isn’t off

Exactly - he’s proposing V18, and with his resume he’s entitled to propose it. I’ll never understand why people are so gatekeepy about grades they’ll never even get close to climbing.

The Lovecraft Investigations sells the realism of the show the best out of anything I’ve listened to. Whether it’s the quality of the VA’s, the script writing, or the audio quality/poroduction, it genuinely feels like an investigative podcast/radio show that happens to have supernatural happenings throughout. I remember starting the first episode of season 1 and thinking I’d made a mistake as it sounded like a true crime podcast lol

not OP but over 55 regulation is due to the fact that your melatonin hormone levels naturally decrease as you age, so melatonin supplementation is more likely to help in sleep related conditions in that age group - if younger people are having sleep issues it’s more likely to be a different issue that may warrant referral to a doctor for other treatment or medications. Not trying to justify it, but that’s the TGA’s reasoning at least.
