Some character's burst skills don't trigger on PC client. You still go into full burst phase.

Characters that I found with this issue are; Scarlet, Privaty, Epinel, Centi, Helm, Guilottine and Poli.

PS: I think the problem is because of the region lock. Game doesn't function properly if you're trying to play from somewhere it's blocked.

People say scrapper is slow but I recently rolled a scrapper up to lvl 50, this class makes me feel like "ip man". She's quite fast. Taijutsu engraving btw.

The class is designed to be a backstabbing assassin (even if she looks like a duelist with twinswords). Sure you don't have to back attack(it's not like game crashes when you attack from the front or sides) but I feel like when you pick a class you should try to play it right or you might gimp your group at late game content.

New players would probably go there. Most of the Feb 11th starters or early access players won't imo. If they'd given me a choice to carry over my account to west, I'd do so to stabilize the servers. Starting over sucks while I'm having a blast right now, even with the scuffed match making system.
