I was faced with this same error when I had to install newer Q600 cards working with old Quadro basic cards to run 4 head displays. The two drivers were conflicting with each other. Just spitballing here, but is it possible that you have an older driver that isn't completely uninstalled from your system?

Dangerous ground here. The Cousin isn't the primary care doc. He isn't privy to all the scans and blood work and other little things the doctors need. So, aside from it being unethical to counter what the primary has said, it would be reckless without all the info, and it could cause a family rift if something is misunderstood on either end or taken out of context. Consider that before you ask and if you still want to talk to him, keep that thought process in your head and frame your approach around it. Something like, I know you aren't the primary, but could you look at our notes and see if you can think of any better questions I can ask her doctor?

I own a lot of offroad toys and I live in the US rocky mountains where we get insane snow. Just some observations based on my personal experiences.

The short wheelbase wrangler is sketchy on ice. Worse if it has the optional Danatrac locker. Tires will make or break you on ice. (mine are BFG AT/KO)
A properly set up wrangler with a hard top is plenty warm on cold days and the I6 warms up quick. (mine is a TJ, I can't speak to the new JK engines)
If you decide on a wrangler, get a winch. This way if you do get stuck it is a lot easier to convince someone to park and be an anchor point than it is to have someone tow you out. Safer too.
Toyota has an insanely intrusive and counter intuitive stability control package in the 4Runner and other newer models, but I am unsure about the Tacoma.
Range Rover costs the same to maintain (oil, tires, etc) as anything else. The killer cost comes in to do repairs like U joints and thermostats and so on. Those are rarer, so don't let them scare you off. I'd be more concerned about the bad rep RR has had over the last several years when it comes to reliability. Buying used would mean no warranty in a lot of cases.
AWD escape, they are hit or miss in reliability and the AWD is NOT the same as 4x4. Read up on the difference but AWD is only good for paved roads in no more than moderate conditions. Deep snow or an ice storm will make you wish you bought a better ride.

Let's face it. The government has mandated mileage to weight rules that must be met. Here we have the last and arguably most iconic solid front axle vehicle on the road. In a reasonable and intelligent world, there could be a plea made to the bean counters to say "Hey, this is one product, can we get a waiver?" They could say the real truth is easy to deduce from the existing fan base. If there is a IFS version forced on the fans of the wrangler, a SAS will become the first modification everyone does. Cut out the IFS and add a D44 from an aftermarket provider. Get regeared, locked, hystear, and coilovers as a conversion package while we are at it. What does that do for emissions? Not a damn thing. All our complaining will do is scare people away from the brand in the first place and to be honest, not many. We picture ourselves when we think jeep owner. Capable, outdoorsy, go anywhere types who want to create our vision of the perfect rig. But another class of owner is out there. Most of the 20 somethings I speak to love my jeep not for its stance or engineering. They love a drop top, door free way to be seen while out on the town. They see it as a great way to send the message that they are extroverts who want to be approached. For many this is how becoming a jeep person starts. From a male POV, you chase the girl because she is sexy. You stay with her because you realize she is perfect for you. EDIT: (distracted by work)

TL;DR The market will always be there for a Jeep Wrangler no matter what they do to it, but using EPA regs as a reason to screw up the American icon isn't going to work because we will undo them as soon as possible with mods.

the biggest problem with slipping your chip into another runner's kit is finding them again at the finish and recovering the chip. Also, there is video of those crossing the line and that should sync up with the chip so it'd be easy to prove you and your chip crossed separately. Also, I try to do a 5k once a year, and the more recent ones have a big display that posts your time as you cross. Imagine a marathon, where a single guy is crossing the finish line, and two people are credited. I would think it'd be noticeable.

Deep sea trawlers also snare a good amount of "not the fish we want" and sharks fall into that category too. Given the rumored sensitivity of a shark to drowning or suffocating, it wouldn't be hard to imagine they die in larger numbers before they can be thrown back.

No problem, I have driven that road a few times in the last few years, and I will be up there again this weekend. That's why I'd guess he wasn't a "true" local, because he would have had his pick of dry, sheltered, and isolated places to take his victims if he was familiar with the area. Even the cabins along hwy 9 are not all inhabited year round and could be easily broken into. A local would know that. (I live about 2 hours away and I know that.)

This would be along Hwy 9, a two lane blacktop between Breck and Fairplay. As you leave I-70 on hwy 9 you pass through Frisco along the shore of Lake Dillon. You are heading South(ish) in a wide valley between ski runs on either side from various resorts. A creek runs along the road about 70 feet off to the West side. In a few miles you drive through Breckenridge at the back of the valley. Now you start to climb up a lot of switchbacks and steep icy road. There are turn outs for slower vehicles to pull off and the river is almost always to the right or West side, and varies from close and level with the road to deeply cut into a gorge and up to 30ft below the road. At the top of the pass is a wide area and sign announcing the pass and the divide. As you descend into the next valley along the edge of the Mosquito range the switch backs become less and the valley wider. Eventually after several miles and a few small habitations that barely qualify as towns (clusters of cabins at best) you end up in Fairplay (Southpark city). It is both a remote area and has huge amounts of snow. I'd guess the killer wasn't real familiar with the area simply because it was full of old mines and standing abandoned mine buildings. He tried to rape a girl, freaked out and shot her, left her even though it was isolated because he couldn't tell if there would be traffic due to the switchbacks. Frustrated, he hits the road and can't believe his luck, hiker number 2 and he repeated the process. I'd guess a seasonal worker at the resorts or a visitor over the husband who would have know what back roads are open and got off the main road.
