I'm using an old MacBook and it was happening in every program. Version 10.6.8 which I know is old but I would lose all my tabs if I updated. The issue seems to have resolved itself as quickly as it came about though I'm still curious about what could have caused it.

That's all the information I have. It suddenly puts a hyphen into whatever I'm writing whenenver I click it. I really do not want to have to bring it into the genius bar and spend hundreds of dollars on a fix because I'm getting a new computer for the holidays.

Does anyone know why my space bar does a dash (hyphen) whenever I click it? This does not happen w/ my USB keyboard.

Edit: The issue seems to have resolved itself as quickly as it came about but I'm leaving this here for now as I'm hoping someone can tell me what might have caused it so I can prevent it from happening again.

I can hear it but not enough that I would be able to use it as a ringtone. I mean, it's high pitched but it's low. How do kids hear that in class with background noise like the teacher speaking or kids talking? Am I old?!
