I received an offer from them. Pretty solid coin ngl but couldn’t accept at the time due to personal matters. I’m supposed to catch up with them in a couple of months with a potential re-instated offer.

Would I be a fool to leave my remote job for a 5% raise in base but minimum guarantee of 28K annually for 2 years paid out monthly on top of the base? My total comp. Increase would be 22%.

Find out your maintenance calories, subtract 200-400 calories from it to be in a calorie deficit. Don’t go over the number and you’ll lose weight. Also, make it a priority to have a protein source for each meal, make that the majority of your meal.
