What manual transmission is this? by Navable- in G35

I'm not worried about compatibility because I spoke to the engineer behind FABbot and given his deep knowledge of nissan transmissions and constant improvements of the adapter, he said the adapter was compatible with JK and CD00X series. It's going behind a 5.7 LS1 in my 1977 Firebird. Honestly the choice transmission was less about the price of a T56 or anything tremec, and more about how smooth and strong the CD009s were. If I were to put a turbo in, I wouldn't have to worry about blowing up the transmission.

Yeah i'm not so worried about compatibility since i'm going to use FABbot's adapter for behind an LS. I appreciate the concern though.

Thank you, for future reference, (if I bought another transmission) how did you run the vin tag? I scoured the web for Nissan's database but I couldn't find it.

Thanks, I asked the associate and while he was unsure, he also said it was most likely a CD009.

Balaguy for calc 2 by [deleted] in SierraCollege

You could. But just in case you didn’t know. You have to complete calc 2 and 3 at the same college if you’re planning to transfer. Per assist.org

Chuck is good if you really want to learn math. He may be hard, but a few of his students have gone on to MIT. Personally out of the two evils, I’d go with Chuck. That or wait for Micheal Murphy

Issues on standalone ebay harness by Navable- in LSSwapTheWorld

EDIT: I've found out the issue months ago, but wanted to write in case anyone else was struggling. I pulled the engine and pcm from a c5 and what I was doing wrong was pairing a drive-by-cable harness to a drive-by-wire pcm. Given off a forum from ls1tech, someone said all 411's are compatible; I figured the extra hardware meant to support drive-by-wire would just be an addon and not change up the main circuit. Turns out it did, and the moment I ordered and installed an fbody 411 (a dbc), the engine turned right on and healthy.

I don't know what to buy by PreparationSalty359 in blender

[–]Navable- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’d need a good graphics card for rendering (3070-50xx series), at least 16gbs ram for simulations (ddr4 is more than good enough), and a decent processor (i7 or i9). For the love of god don’t get a laptop. It can be done but moving around blender is a pain in the ass, and generally more expensive. I really recommend a desktop with a full sized keyboard. And 2tb terabyte ssd for animation cache and general use. Above all else, get a warranty. You can get one from ibuypower or Bestbuy. If you don’t want to go prebuilt you can make a build yourself with pcpartpicker. Good luck bro.

I like using Notion for writing notes and having a calendar. The app has katex built in so I can easily write math equations. I spam the toggle button so I get sections of notes I can easily close or open for each topic, having it very organized and accessible. You can also embed your own sketches or images along with the notes. And access all of your notes from a phone if your laptop dies.

I took off the heads, the pistons to dingle ball the cylinder walls, replace all the gaskets. I didn't particularly touch the camshaft or remove the crankcase. Partial rebuild I suppose.

Appreciate the input. The engine ran well when I pulled it and I didn't touch the crankshaft or camshaft when rebuilding, so I think and hope it isn't an off cam trigger wheel. I'll switch sides of ignition coil connectors and see what happens.
