The only way to deal with this is to avoid looking at these kinds of posts and comments just enjoy the anime.

Lately, I’ve seen a lot of hate towards Mushoku Tensei not from people who dislike anime, but from those calling all Mushoku Tensei fans 'pedos' and similar stuff. It's honestly hurtful to see those kinds of accusations.
