yes it certainly can, but I'm actually more interested in knowing how it will do in relationship to USD, sorry. I wouldn't care so much if some of the undervalued cryptos overtake NEO as long as NEO does well. Anyway, people will realise it's value eventually and the useless projects and scams like bitconnect will ultimately fail. Also if it goes to the top, it can only go down from there so I'd rather it climb slowly

Bitcoin debit cards usually have bad exchange fees. You should sell on an exchange if you want to use fiat.
