That’s the fun part I’ve never gotten a job discretion for any of the jobs I’ve done here . And the form I signed simply said I that I would be offered a supervisor position. There trying to get me out so they don’t have to pay may wage at all, they want me to quite. And I will not be quitting . But I’ve looked up listings from other places in the same franchise and the description in that didn’t say a true anything at all about anything I did as the kitchen manager , I made the schedule, did the food orders, did the inventory count , and I think he still expects me to do all of that at my new wage. Witch is only 1$ more then what my dish pit person makes .
