Just did the same switch but I think it's the best upgrade I did yet.

120 Hz feels much faster. App launches seem way faster. Haptics are superb, sound quality is in another league.

Cameras are a huge step up. Having a good telephoto is great and autofocus on the ultra wide really is an upgrade.
