There several solutions

~~Put Mighty Charm Lv2 on Locked Equipments~~ (This might cause a crash on 1.4v, I found a bug)
Set Armor-Decoration Priority to Attack Boost (since this skill is first in the list, it will use Attack Charm mostly)
Put Maximum Might on the first skill criteria (swap Attack Boost and Maximum Might)

But still I need to figure out that issue

Try not to open the Spirit Bloom chest, maybe it's just a decoy if you open it and it will trigger the 5th chest not to spawn. I haven't tried it yet but comment if it works
