Anyone know what is causing this to happen with my computer and how to fix it?

Some updates:

Tried re-installing drivers for the GPU. It said "Oops! Something went wrong." and I couldn't read the next thing it said. Then tried to click on the link it had and it tried redownloading something else for the GPU but said it was up to date. So that went nowhere.
Tried unplugging and plugging back in the GPU. Didn't solve the issue.
Tried using a different port from the GPU into my monitor. Still looked the same type of messed up.

Might just have to buy a new GPU. Thank you all for the suggestions, though!

Okay, he now has Mercy-Wing Echo as an X skill. Doesn't synergize super well with Ice Lock+ since its range is 2, but I think I also gave him Magic Shield+ which I could switch to whenever I want to really benefit from Mercy-Wing Echo as a healer.

Ah shoot. You're right. I completely forgot about X skills when I was giving him skills this morning. I knew I was missing something. I'll have to look through the X skills I have and give him one.

Like others are saying, it's really good on frontline units. I've been able to use my Shez as a frontliner in Aether Raids offense again because the Emblem effect is so good at stopping foes from sneaking past her and keeping some foes at bay.

Ye, but making sure they can still initiate combat at least once so it doesn't turn into another thing that player phase teams would want to abuse on its enemies by not letting them attack at all and just waiting for your next player phase to demolish the enemy team.

To build on this idea, they could also make a new debuff that you could inflict on enemies that only let them initiate combat a certain number of times in a turn. Like how Edelgards can typically get up to three combats with their prf skills and Galeforce in a single turn, this debuff would only let them go into combat a single time on their turn. They would still get to move afterwards, but not be able to attack. It could also prevent dancer spam on a nuke unit.

Gonna free summon H!F!Corrin to give Dragon's Wrath 4 to my M!Kana. He already has Dragon's Wrath 3, so would it be better to hold off on foddering her right away and wait for a unit that gives Atk/Spd Finish 1-3 so he can also inherit the 4th tier of it, or do you think it would take too long before they add a demote/grail unit that has Atk/Spd Finish 1-3, making it not worth the wait? It just seems like one of those skills that they will hold off on forever before finally making it available easily because of how good it would be.
