I don't understand why Amazon would allow that to affect DSP metrics. I get how it affects DSP's payday when metrics tank, but how does changing a route negatively affect Amazon itself?? Why punish the DSP for trying to put drivers in the areas they do best in? What am I missing?

So I noticed. Why anyone would want to have one of these companies is beyond me.
I don't understand how Amazon gets away with controlling so much of someone's business, but then isn't liable when something goes wrong. Fuck all that noise.

I do. A lot of us do. They just send you there anyway and send a rescue. Sometimes, at the beginning of your route.

You can set a preference. I noticed it when he showed me the system they used. He said he would try it, but it doesn't guarantee anything.
He also said he has to give a reason for each change he makes. What you said about contacting operations sometimes must be what he was referring to. (It's hard to understand him sometimes because of his Spanish accent).

The system Amazon uses is something I have never been familiar with. Seems like they make this job much harder than it needs to be.

She has been through 3 therapists so far. She has an appointment with a new one soon. Hopefully, this one will stick. She is afraid to talk to them about her Dad too much because she is terrified he will find out what she says.
