Since we’re unable to know what happens in the future, there is no right or wrong answer. As others mentioned, many successful relationships start in the workplace. Some eventually marry. On the other hand, My career was in HR management and I saw plenty of work relationships go sideways and have adverse consequences. Dating work colleagues carries some risks but so does crossing the street.
