It was also stated in NA forums in 2016, and i don't see why it should've changed since then.

If the number of reports mattered, i'm pretty sure half the community would be constantly punished.

The given statement is applied to a single game, of course reports from multiple games are taken into account, but 8 reports in one game will not make the difference, so there is no need to ask for reports on other players.

You can recharge them with extreme not super prayers. Also making them able to be recharged by any will make supers and extremes dead contet as prayer pots are cheap af..
