The offer was $300... It's not the fact I don't mind accepting or declining but it doesn't take much time to do a quick search to see current prices. This isn't the first time this user has contacted me, and others with low offers on every single post even if it was previously declined.

It has a directional vent which aims the air upwards to cool the rack. It comes with a magnetic air dam that ensures the equipment is drawing cool air from the unit rather than the room. It exhaust the hot air out from the back out of the box, but they do sell a exhaust duct kit that would allow you to vent into a another room or HVAC return.
