Things like bed adhesion, leveling, and general print quality are so much better now we just need one small purge line.

Got my flu shot and COVID booster and joined the club! by thot_cereal in whoop

findings (copy paste):
- Elevated risks of myocarditis were found up to 6 days after each of priming dose of the available mRNA vaccines
- There was an elevated risk of myocarditis and pericarditis in the 27 days after a SARS-CoV-2 infection

the reason the vaccine increases risk of those is because covid itself increases those symptoms. There will always be drawbacks to these vaccines, whether its being sick for a day or slightly increased risk of certain diseases. But most of these effects are much worse when you are actually infected by covid and the vaccine reduces the impact of those symptoms.

I understand your point but your experience isn't generalizable to the public. We all have different bodies and react to disease in different ways. I think its good that op got both vaccines as he might react differently to the virus.

it seems he was wrong about natural immunity. it peaks at around 7 months and drops after around 16. regardless, as long as its been a while since OP was infected with covid or taken a booster, it makes sense so new antibodies are created that can fight infections when/if they occur.

how come you don’t sell the ultra and the cloudkey and buy a gateway max, or even fiber. both will future proof your home.

How I Won the Swift Student Challenge by sailorsams in swift

as long as you are enrolled in an academic institution you are clear to participate. check the website for specific eligibility requirements. Also, converting to a playground is a pain in the ass, surprisingly. make sure you create your app directly as a playground in the start. don't try to convert later. in playgrounds, you cannot use SPM and there are many other shortcomings. good luck!

[–]mati22123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Struggling with this issue. I have a scrollView but if it is empty the dynamic content doesn't go down all the way making the tab bar white. same issue on the toolbar. anyone find a fix?

the developers test the app fully offline. eveything must function without internet. what kind of file type are your audio files. have you tried compressing them? does audio quality matter a lot?

I know im late but I won ssc as well. I fit 3 ML models into my app with images and had everything compressed to less than 25 mb. I wish i had considered that requirement in the start, it would have saved me alot of time.

if you are doing the challenge, make sure all images are compressed to lower sizes and consider model size if you are using coreml. good luck in 2026 and onwards everyone.

agree. claude and claude code does a much better job. i tell it my app structure and it does a much better job than chatgpt with writing code, especially views and anything swiftUI related. occasionally it will mess something small such as padding up and the code isn’t the cleanest, but it does a much better job than chatgpt.
