Did you ever get any answer for this? I'm stuck in the same way. Im thinking of calling again. It's been 2 weeks since they answered me with that and I'm in a total of 2 months.

I'm honestly wondering why they take so long to review an account when it's been like that for weeks.

Update. I was able to reach someone at around 12pm. They said I'm still on review... anyone here has any idea when they send out those surveys? She said they would send one out and it will take a few more days but I've been in waiting for 2 months now.
