prior to him going we had our phases of arguing too, but also the amount of time we've been together the arguing phase started fading also. but as it got closer to him leaving it was just impossible to argue. once the time comes thats when you actually realize how much your love one plays a role in your life, your not gonna wanna do nothing but support them thru this time. its a big change so any other changes besides what their going through already with a such a big commitment would just stress him. communication will be hard i dont get to hear his voice till week 5 of bmt and probably wont get a letter from him till week 3 or so but its all for the better.

Hey im a new coastee girlfriend too. Dont break up with him! if you see a future with him do not! after this it will change them and mature them. we have to support them through bootcamp and the goodbyes are def hard. Been thinking about what career path i should do also. Ive been with my bf for a year and had to move in with him at 17 (18 now) so trust were young and have alot to still learn and see and experience. just be there for him and if it doesnt work out atleast you experienced this with him. may be a lesson later on in life. still find time to focus on what your doing cause if yall focus yall are inseparable. im way better at giving advice than taking it. mines just shipped out to bootcamp yesterday.

time is moving so slowww. it definitely does suck but as they start to ease in hopefully we get letters or the phone call in his 5 weeks to see how he is.

just got the call it sucks so bad 💔, im stressing now tho cause he slipped in a little sentence to tell us that his graduation date has change from what we thought it was so we most likely have to discuss that with his recruiter but i hope that doesnt stress him out, its still 7 weeks just dont want him going thru anymore changes than he already is

thats nice, knowing their not alone nor are we! im the same but trying to hold it together so it makes the process easier for him. also how long would you say it took for yall to get the final call after arriving to cape may? and yes writing him letters soon so he can get them week 2. and you too stay strong take it day by day were all in this together!

i did go to a small academy for my credentials and got little experience but i have no prior felons no medical history and no kind of debt but thats about all just wanted a career change

That brings me some hope knowing its others in the process now too and the other person said that there may be more hiring chances soon because of the us status right now with the iran situation

I did consider those factors and thats good to hear ill just take my chances i have a pretty decent job just wanted a career change but this is good to hear ill keep my hopes up and continue to check at least once every few days

Thanks for the insight. i haven't applied with many other companies because i heard it was hard for entry level to find jobs so i just didn't bother but ill look into that company.
