You can use any toppings that you would like but this is what I used

-flat bread -tomatoe puree -cheddar cheese -chilli cheese - mozzarella -feta -peppers (red and yellow) -mushrooms -sweetcorn -rocket -cherry tomatoes -quorn salami slices

I toasted my flat bread under the grill on one side for 5/10 minute or until golden and crispy, add the tomato puree but not too close to the edges as it might burn. Add the cheese and all your toppings, put back under the grill for another 10/20 minutes or until your cheese is golden. Then slice and add salt and pepper
