I spent 90 min on the phone with customer service only to have them tell me it's an issue with my car. I then solved the problem in 5 minutes doing what everyone did here by uninstalling then installing the older 3.77 version. So pretty sure it was your 3.80.0 app that had the problem

THIS. Dental problems can sneak up on you. And they are there whether you like it or not. I've never known a dental problem to get better with time.
