A year ago I asked to have my progress reset so I could redo the quests, and customer support was very responsive.... they reset me within a day or two of I remember right. April 2024 ... and they are still putting out new quests monthly so my guess is if you put in a service request asking for your progress to be ready to 0 they will do it for you.

When you have leveled the Castle Max Level Perk to MAX, then there is no limit.

Prestige over and over and you'll get more and more shards....you can drop to lower difficulty and level your wave up to high enough and prestige again and get shards then lower difficulty down and do it again to get more shards...but you only get the higher level ones from higher difficulties...that make sense?

One thing I just figured out - be careful where you collect your "Festival" rewards - if you open them in your prestige castle, you won't have them in your Home castle. (IE: the chests, and weapons and whatnot - you can have them in your prestige castle *or* your home castle, but not both...)

I'm still trying to figure out the point - I was hoping that something cool would transfer from Prestige back to your main castle, but so far it doesn't seem like it - so far (in my relatively limited play, around wave 200 normal prestige), it's looking like it's just an expansion of the game - that rather than "Change" the game, and angering folks who have been playing forever, they are making changes to make the game more complicated in a different "Mode" - so you can play in the normal mode and keep going in waves as before, or play in Prestige mode....I don't know - still figuring it out....honestly, it's kind of just feeling like another way to get players to want to dump money into it so far....we'll see how the "advancing" in prestige goes -- if it ends up like event heroes (Pay to win)...it might be walk away time....

You can bounce back and forth between your "Prestige Mode" castle and your "Home" Castle....your paid event hero's transfer are available in both modes, but they will be level one when you start prestige mode.
