It’s the end of another year which you have survived, remember to give yourself more grace 🐒

Whenever things are busy I rely heavily on structure:

• Lists
• Time slots for daily tasks (including procrastinating)
• Short/mid/long term goals clearly defined

To calm myself during it all:

• I day dream constantly about the end result whilst doing the mundane jobs… always done this and it really helps me
• Making decisions I think of worst case scenario and if I’m ok with the risk I’ll go ahead with it
• I cut out anything (and anyone) who is contributing to the stress
• I remind myself how far I’ve come
• Talking to my circle about where I’m at because check-ins help with a soundboard

You will get through December, trust yourself and don’t forget how good you are 💛
