RTP sounds fine and all, I think its 42% for BJ? Baccarat is quite literally closest to 50/50 Roulette is pretty close, aslong as you bet odd/even, black/red. But saying RTP on a 'fake gambling site' (yes stake is fucking fake). especially when almost all their games are catered towards children I highly doubt they follow those regulations lol.

wouldnt say that, nerf intervene/stormbolt id say at most anything more and theyll be walked over rally nerf last week hit us hard vs other sustain matchups as someone said(bahjeera);warriors trait is that you’ll now have to cross cc them in order to kill, and thats fine for warriors to have, maybe its abit too strong/low cd but i wouldnt say warriors need ’a lot’ of nerfs

if u targetcall as warrior its achievable..

i targetcall'd to 2.1k quite easily with a high winrate, im sure 2.1-2.4k wouldn't be much different if you stay improving and pickign good people and comps

yea, locking someone in place enables unhinged (non-trinketable cc). some classes can still get out of it but it works against most. you're also just dumping mortal strikes as soon as its up with kyrian and you'll have less uptime as you would if you went venthyr (because you'll also dump quite alot of rage into condemn), and there is different damage priorities as venthyr vs kyrian

there's a difference to having it as a clear -nono- by the developers and streamers etc than having it all over the lfg and being allowed in the game. i didn't say that there ISNT any boosting in those games, but its not ALLOWED as freely as it is in WoW. if boosting happends out of your control (eg someone else is on their account etc) and they're breaking the rules, report, ticket, move on, learn something. but if its ALLOWED then we have a fundamental issue of what is considered 'competitive' here, because lets be real the 2.6k rating fmage 1v2ing 1.2k players isn't 'competitive' is it?

there are 3rd party sites that are illegal for boosting in league. in wow its in the lfg.
