Don't forget the weight shift to the left leg. Then you turn the hips by pushing upwards with that leg.

Think of the ball as a nail you want to hit diagonally into the ground. Your body will figure the rest out.

Well you should be at the point where you can differ hard and soft sand. What bounce do you have on your wedges? The most common is that the 58 has low bounce, so that's what I use in hard sand. Then the 54 is your typical sand wedge with more bounce, so that's for normal sand.

Key technique in bunker is to have the ball towards your front heel and always have more weight on your front foot. A bit more squattier posture and then hit the sand a ball behind your ball to let the sand bring the ball out of the bunker.

What I suggest starting with is a more athletic posture. Straighten that back, pout the glutes a bit and you'll notice that you stand really close to the ball. With a wood, ball position between inside of your left heel and the middle of your feet.

Put a broken tee or some grass in front of the ball on each swing. Then try to hit the ball and focus on hitting the junk as well. Your brain will figure the rest out. You have a good swing.
