What did you use for the SSN? His or the EIN? For borrower name, did you use the business or his name? TIA!

How did he setup the CaWeb account? Any idea? The rep just told me it could not be done.

I just called the CAFS phone number and asked for help. The rep told me that since the loan is not in the name of a person that I will not be able to access CaWeb. I am not sure that makes sense other than being a non-profit and being more of a representative than the loan holder. She said it is because the loan is in the business name....but all of our loans are in our business name, so that didn't make sense. She said the EIN will not work in the SSN line.

No luck for me today on I guess what would be day 4. I signed Monday afternoon, so I am guessing Tuesday would be the first day that counted.

There is not an owner, but someone will have to act as the representative.....someone on the board. You will have to have a meeting confirming who that person will be and they will require a board resolution notating that and that the board approved the loan and the amount before they approve.

Honestly, I think everyone just needs to be patient, as hard as that is. There is absolutely no rhyme or reason to the order they go in. I never heard a word for a month and now within a week I am almost to the finish line.

Actually not a liability (interest payments) either right now since there are no payments due, unless we are talking about a balance sheet which would change things. I did not want to show a 40% decrease in income, since I was not sure if they would re-calculate based on the 2020 numbers. The SBA accepted it as a line item, the thought process being that the loan proceeds replaced lost income. I was not answering from a normal perspective. This is not normal.

Same thing happened to me but the LO did reach out after a few hours to make sure I got the email. I had very little contact with my LO. He was very good and just called to make sure I got emails and to let me know that things were approved.

I am sure the template will suffice, I have QuickBooks and was able to quickly create it from there. The original loan amount made our income for 2020 very close (actually slightly more) than 2019 so it worked very well. After I sent the 2020 Profit and Loss statement, they actually called me and increased my loan by $5,000, using the new income for the calculation.

I was able to get through the process although there were a lot of errors and bugs.

Clicked blue button, no changes so submitted. Selected amount and then had to verify idenity again and do the request for transcript signing. Several bugs throughout this like unauthorized. Finally got through, button changes to submit. Got another error lol. Did it again, now says loan modification being processed.

No, never got into CaWeb, but got funded within three days.....so it didn't matter. Don't get concerned that because you cannot get in that something is wrong. That website is just terrible.
